There are diffrent ways as <?...?>, <%...%>, <script language="PHP">...</script>, <?php...?>
but always use <?php....?> tag as it is accepted universally and interpret your tag correctly. Moreover
if you use other tag then you will also need to edit your php.in file at server side.
